Dbtech eForms Platform Earns Client Accolades - Propels Organization to Five Consecutive Quarters of Revenue Growth

Dbtech, a leading provider of document management and eForms solutions for healthcare, posted five consecutive quarters of revenue growth and four consecutive quarters of increasing sales bookings in 2012. The company has driven this success through the popularity of its eForms offering, which enables hospitals and other healthcare providers to better manage their internal forms library, and the continued success of its Ras document management and reporting system.

Clark, NJ, February 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- “We have focused on bridging the gaps between the Electronic Health Record and our clients’ revenue cycle. Our hospital clients have helped us create a momentum that is measureable in net-new implementations and an expanding client base,” said Philip N. Kaplan, CEO of dbtech.

Davis Memorial Hospital, a ninety bed medical facility in Elkins, West Virginia expanded their use of dbtech to include the eForms platform. Prior to their EHR go-live, Davis concluded their existing forms vendor could not fulfill operational requirements. With just four weeks until their scheduled go-live with McKesson, Davis selected dbtech.

In December of 2012, dbtech signed a net-new implementation agreement with Doctor’s Community Hospital to implement interactive eForms and to streamline Meditech registration workflows. Doctors Community is a private, not-for-profit hospital located in Lanham, Maryland.

“Clients select us for our ease of implementation and our industry-leading pace of returning their investment. Some clients switch immediately from paper forms to electronic signature pads and mobile devices; while others want to better manage paper forms today and increase technology tomorrow. We allow clients to move at their own pace,” said Philip N. Kaplan.

Barnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated health care delivery system, also engaged dbtech to implement eForms. The implementation includes a Patient Registration Workflow Engine, which will drive all forms completion workflows from patient registration to invoicing to payment appeals. Scanning, interactive forms and handouts are managed by this engine and are tightly integrated with existing EHR technologies.

Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC), the largest provider of inpatient and outpatient services in New Jersey, began work in October to integrate their Epic EHR with Ras. HUMC is currently printing all wrist-bands, notifying insurers of unscheduled arrivals and printing all required patient forms through dbtech-driven workflows.
