Primekss Rabine introduced its new partnership to more than 1,300 exhibiting companies at the World of Concrete last month. Fellow exhibitors were excited to see this partnership is bringing the 2012 and 2013 MIP Award winner, PrimeComposite, to North America.
PrimeComposite is a unique flooring system allowing surfaces to be jointless on a daily pour. This saves on maintenance costs used to mitigate cracks and also costs of saw cutting. Jointless floors also minimize stress on machinery and personnel using the floor.
Another reason why PrimeComposite has won the MIP Award is because it is stronger and leaner than conventional concrete floors. An increased amount of steel fibers makes the concrete stronger and allows less material to be placed. This decreases the amount of material needed, which lowers cost and is better for the environment.
