Chef Charles Disanayke and Michelin Starred Devi Team Up to Host Another Supper Club Dinner Celebrating the Exotic Flavors of Spring

Chef Charles - Grand winner of the title "Champion Culinarius" at the Food Experiments National Tour 2012 sponsored by The Brooklyn Brewery beating contestants from all over the country, is hosting his first Supper Club of the year at Manhattan based premium Indian restaurant Devi on March 24th.

Chef Charles and Devi are collaborating on a number of innovative projects other than hosting the Chef Charles Underground Supper Club Dinners. Chef Charles is part of the team at Devi working with their executive chef to refresh the Devi menu and come up with new and exciting dishes.

About Chef Charles

Charles Disanayake is the Executive Chef/Owner of ‘One World One Kitchen’ (http://www.oneworldonekitchen.com) and also spends time consulting with restaurants in the U.S and overseas. Charles gained a lot of recognition in his home country Sri Lanka for setting up the critically-acclaimed restaurant Soho Bistro at the prestigious Park Street Hotel and is currently working with other high-end boutique hotel owners in Asia to build out their F&B components.
