Joe Diaz Joins Harrison College as Director of Corporate Learning and Operations

Private Sector College Welcomes New Director of Corporate Learning and Operations with More Than 12 Years Experience.

Indianapolis, IN, April 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Harrison College (http://www.harrison.edu/), an institution of higher learning with more than 5,000 students studying at 14 campuses and online, has announced that Joe Diaz, M.A., SPHR, will join the college as director of corporate learning and operations. In this position, Diaz will be responsible for managing the institution’s corporate education and training programs as well as assuring quality and desired outcomes in the delivery of educational activities and effectiveness of corporate training.

Diaz received his master’s degree in social psychology from Ball State University. In addition, he is a certified professional in learning and performance (CPLP) through the American Society for Training and Development, a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management, and a certified training consultant (CTC), through Ball State’s Center for Organizational Resources. Diaz has more than 12 years of experience in corporate education and training with proven success in designing and leading organization-wide learning solutions that support key enterprise goals. Additionally, Diaz served as an adjunct faculty member with Indiana Wesleyan University and Marian University for 11 years, where he taught business and psychology courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
