Connecticut Long Term Care Insurance Awareness Campaign Launched

An online campaign to heighten awareness of the benefits offered by Connecticut's long term care insurance program is being launched by the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance.

Hartford, CT, August 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- An online awareness campaign to heighten understanding of the benefits of the Connecticut long term care insurance program has been launched.

"Connecticut residents have access to one of the best kept secrets available for their long term care planning," explained Jesse Slome, executive Director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance. "The Connecticut long term care insurance partnership program offers valuable benefits to middle income residents."

Slome noted he served as the original marketing consultant retained to help California launch the California long term care insurance partnership program. "The Partnership between the State and private insurers was especially innovative when it was first launched in the early 1990s and it still has attractive features that can benefit consumers."

The Association has launched a website specifically to provide information to Connecticut residents. "Planning starts with information," Slome notes. "And we are prepared to connect those who want to know more with licensed long term care insurance professionals who can provide prices for coverage and further explain benefits."

Established in 1998, the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance advocates for the importance of long term care planning and supports insurance professionals who market the complete range of planning products. The Association makes available free consumer guides providing the most current information as well as tips to reduce the cost of long term care insurance.

To request a free, no-obligation long term care insurance costs comparison from a designated specialist who is a member of the Association, visit the organization's website or call 818-597-3227.
