Located at 101 Beaconwood Lane in the Forest Springs neighborhood in Holly Springs, the third home, a 1,529-square-foot townhome, is priced at $208,590 and showcases the Shelby floor plan, with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The final home, located at 2003 Burrus Hall Circle in The Peninsula at Amberly neighborhood in Cary, is a 3,486-square-foot house priced at $514,998. This home is the Ocracoke floor plan, with four full bedrooms and two and a half baths. Homes in The Peninsula at Amberly neighborhood start at $350,000, range from 2,342 to 5,112 square feet, and offer three to six bedrooms and two to four baths.
