Carmen studied at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., earned a B.A. from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN and an MMBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. With proven experience as a strategic solution leader, Carmen is customer-driven and focused on bringing clients exceptional results.
