Maddock brings many years of customer service experience to the RadParts' team. Prior to joining RadParts, Maddock worked as a shift leader at a local coffee shop. She enjoyed this position because it allowed her to interact with customers, putting a smile on their faces, and because it was a fast-paced environment. This experience combined with her other customer service positions over the years has also honed her analytical problem solving skills.
As a logistics assistant, Maddock will be responsible for shipping, receiving and working with the company's international customers on a daily basis. This position is very important to the company's ability to meet their promise to their customers that they will be on call and ready whenever they need linear accelerator parts.
