Hamilton Named National E-Discovery Partner--Bryan University

Bryan University's Provost, Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Legal Services, William Hamilton, assumes the role of National E-Discovery Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP.

Tempe, AZ, December 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Bryan University's Provost, Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Legal Services, William Hamilton, has been named National E-Discovery Partner of Quarles & Brady LLP. In addition to serving as a partner and trial attorney for the firm, where he has handled a wide variety of complex business lawsuits, Hamilton has worked closely with the firm’s e-Discovery litigation team on numerous e-Discovery projects. He has published countless articles and presented at national and regional conferences, earning national recognition as an e-Discovery pioneer.

With his wide-breadth of knowledge and experience, Hamilton has been hugely instrumental in the development, design and delivery of legal services programs at Bryan University. Based in Tempe, Ariz., the institution offers two degrees specific to e-Discovery: an associate degree in Litigation and E-Discovery Paralegal Studies, and a graduate-level E-Discovery Project Management Certificate. Hamilton's efforts have been pivotal in the creation of Bryan University's E-Discovery Laboratory for Software, Simulation, and Applications (ELSSA), providing students with hands-on exposure to e-Discovery tools such as iCONECT, IPRO, LexisNexis, Catalyst, Nuix, and Relativity.
