Carlsbad, CA, December 13, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Studio 2055 announces the hiring of graphic designer, Taylor Schultz, to the branding and marketing agency’s creative staff.
Taylor Schultz came to Studio 2055 as an intern this past summer. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York in May, with a degree in graphic design. After his three-month internship, they invited Taylor to join their staff as a junior graphic designer. He has shown his ability through client projects that have included logo design, branding guides and production art. He recently completed the design of the Studio's original 2014 Flip Flop™calendar. Taylor’s easy-going manner fits perfectly with Studio 2055’s culture. His talent will help support the growth that the Studio plans for 2014.
Taylor grew up in Fish Creek located on Lake Michigan on the Door Peninsula. As a lakefront town, he developed a passion for surfing by seeing the waves on the Great Lakes. “I came out to Southern California for my cousin’s New Year’s wedding. Wow. I couldn’t believe how warm it was and how great the beaches were. I was stoked with the lifestyle and culture.”
Studio 2055 principal Richard Dowdy notes, “Taylor's a great addition to the Studio, and we are happy to help advance his graphic design career. We have an aggressive growth plan coming out of the recession, and Taylor’s placement is the beginning of Studio 2055 reaching its vision.”
