Dilmax Corp. Changes Name to Drug Free Solution, Inc. and Forward-Stock Split

East Hampton, NY, January 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Dilmax Corp. (OTCQB: DMAX) (the “Company”) an innovative emotional wellness and lifestyle company focusing on helping people help themselves through its unique and proprietary “living breath” processes and products, training, and education, today announced that, effective immediately, it has changed its name to Drug Free Solution, Inc. to better reflect the Company’s line of services and products and to support its short and long-term goals. In addition, the Company effectuated a forward stock-split of its common stock on a basis of three for one. The Company’s common stock will trade under the symbol “DMAXD” for twenty business days and thereafter the Company’s new symbol “DSOL” will take effect.
