This designation from The Microsoft Lync Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program ensures that the solution meets the standards of interoperability with Lync 2013 – including installation, set-up, configuration, documentation, and support – and is equipped to meet customer expectations.

By natively connecting to Lync via Microsoft’s Unified Communications Managed API, AiQ transforms Lync to activate all of the operating power and productivity tools of a complete ACD contact center solution. AiQ enhances Microsoft Lync with inbound/outbound dialing, call recording abilities, and multi-channel capabilities such as voice, email, web chat, SMS, fax, and social media. The solution is one of very few in the industry to offer a complete, blended inbound/outbound dialer with various pacing modes including preview, progressive, power, and predictive.
