)-- Dutch Kills Centraal aims to become a mainstay in rapidly developing Dutch Kills sector of LIC, and is hosting its first local event for the LIC Partnership organization that promotes economic development the area benefiting industrial, commercial, cultural and residential sectors.
“We want to be the central meeting point of the neighborhood; the central place for people to go,” said D. Stiller, president of the Dutch Kills Civic Association and Dutch Kills Centraal owner. “We wanted to create a place with good food and drink where everyone, locals and beyond feel welcome.”
On Wednesday January 22, 2014 from 5:30 to &:30 PM, attendees of this networking event will have the opportunity to meet local business owners and be introduced to Dutch Kills Centraal. Price of admission is $15 for non-members and $10 for members; price of the ticket include one drink, selected hors d’oeuvers, a $5 gift certificate for lunch, and an opportunity to win numerous free raffles. Drink specials will be offered, as well as receive a LIC Perks Card for participating businesses for 10% off.
