SpotSync Checkout users can see how all stores are performing on Yelp - all summarized in one report. They can also view the latest summary of one of their stores on Yelp from within the Home screen.
SpotSync Checkout users will be able to view Facebook page “Likes”, yesterday’s page views, weekly impressions, viewer engagement, latest posts, comments and more - all from the Home screen. Users will have the ability to view a single report that delivers a summary for all of the Facebook pages that are linked to stores that they manage.
Customer Loyalty Programs
Customers can now earn credit when shopping at all locations. When checking out, the cashier can use customer loyalty credit as a payment method. Since it’s just another method of payment, it can be used as a split tender. The customer’s remaining balance will show up on their receipt (on both the email and printed versions).
SpotSync Checkout will allow users to sell and accept closed loop gift cards. The cards can be magnetic stripe or barcode and can be ordered from any printing company.
Fax & Email Built-in
Users won’t have to waste time printing out a purchase order, taking it over to a fax machine and manually faxing it to a supplier. Once the purchase order is ready, they can simply click the fax or email button within SpotSync Checkout.
Built-in Online Store
SpotSync users will no longer lose profits by limiting sales to a local customer base because they can sell products and services to the entire world through a built-in online store.
