Bigger is Better: Mastercraft Collection Will Unveil Its Largest Scale Model Aircraft at the New York Toy Fair in 2014
New York, NY, February 08, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Mastercraft Collection, LLC, a licensed manufacturer of wood model aircraft, will unveil for the first time its grandest scale model yet—a three-foot long Apache helicopter model. The replica is slated to make its debut in the 111th American International Toy Fair on February 16, 2014 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Touted as the company’s showstopper for the Toy Fair, the model aircraft will be put on display from February 16 to 19. The helicopter model will feature a clear canopy, illuminated instrument panel, and navigational or working lights. The canopy access doors are open, allowing a peek through the highly detailed dashboard.
This exclusively hand-carved model also features detachable main and tail rotors powered by a 12-volt battery located at the bottom of the model, with the main rotor plugged to an AC socket. Hand-painted in olive green, the replica also features non-detachable scale armaments for realism. The Apache Longbow model will be put on sale after the exhibit. Mastercraft Collection, LLC will be at booth number 5477.
In addition to the Apache Helicopter model, Mastercraft Collection LLC will also put on exhibit other popular aircraft from its military and civilian model assembly. Guests of the Toy Fair will be treated to a display of high-quality wood model replicas such as the B-25B Mitchell (Doolittle), B-24 Liberator, and the B-29 Superfortress (Enola Gay), F/A-18E Super Hornet, F-15E Strike Eagle, C-130J Hercules, C-124C Globemaster, Cessna 172 Skyhawk, and the Wright Flyer.
