San Francisco, CA, February 26, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- While the venue for Sage Insights is taken down, the message and foresight offered in keynotes by industry veterans, breakout sessions by subject matter experts, and thought leaders at this conference is still pushing its limits on capitalizing on the new disruptive forces enabling cloud, mobile and other technologies innovations.
Greytrix participated as an exhibitor during the event held between 6 - 9th Feb held at Champagne Sports Resort in Drakensberg, South Africa, adding to the dare to disrupt theme announced at the conference. The overall consensus from business partners and onsite team members confirmed Greytrix presence at Sage Insights was overall inspiring. The key takeaways from the two sessions conducted by Greytrix were valuable in ensuring that Sage X3 can apply the integrated principles to take advantage of the changing dynamics in the ERP application marketplace.
Partners and clients made it truly interactive with a lot of interest in understanding the best practices for integrated third party applications with Sage ERP X3 session conducted by Francis Rodrigues, Sr. VP Technology at Greytrix demonstrated the integration options using web services, Java Bridge, ODBC, import and export combinations.
Key takeaways from this session also included understanding how these tools in their own individual capacities or used as a combination for integrated data and applications with Sage X3 provides a collaborative, unique and cost effective solutions. For seamless real time integration – a lethal combination of web services and Java Bridge should be adapted, but for ‘out of the box’ reporting within Sage X3 or integration with Business Intelligence tools, ODBC is best leveraged. This inspiring session captured the audience turning it into a very interactive agenda and providing Greytrix with good feedback on taking this best practice story for all Sage X3 partners and users.
The other sessions showcased how end to end customer management added the ‘last mile’ of sales and marketing functions in Sage CRM using Greytrix Service CRM, verticals management, survey management and customer portals for Sage CRM, by Nitin Chandure, Sr. VP- Operations at Greytrix. Already encompassing the disruptive forces such as cloud availability and better mobile accessibility, these new extended innovations by Greytrix help users take advantage of Sage CRM one step further by expanding its services capabilities. As a development partner for over a decade now, Greytrix demonstrated its knowledge in the advanced development and custom programming for Sage CRM adding a layer of options for external assistance within the partner channel.
Apart from the sessions and the event itself, the efforts and the assistance provided by the Sage Insights team throughout the event is commendable. The most commendable effort by the Sage Insights team was planning of the activity which saw that there was a lot of interaction among the attendees and through which, everyone knows everyone and also something about the culture of their country.
“The aim of us attending the conference was exhibiting at the conference with our Sage ERP X3, Sage 300 and Sage CRM solutions which will boost the service experience of the company and its customers. We were very happy that our X3 offerings received an overwhelming response from the Partners and now, we sure are looking forward for more development and implementation on that front,” says Francis, Sr. VP Technology.
