In this position, Miller will be responsible for issuing purchase orders and completing permit applications with the municipalities and counties in which Royal Oaks builds its homes. With five years of professional experience, she previously worked for the city of Wilson and Pitt County planning departments. Miller graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in urban and regional planning with concentrations in urban design, geographic information systems and historic preservation.
