Local Homebuilder Hires New Purchasing Assistant to Oversee Purchase Orders and Permit Applications

With five years of professional experience, she previously worked for the city of Wilson and Pitt County planning departments. Miller graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in urban and regional planning with concentrations in urban design, geographic information systems and historic preservation.
