The app allows users to ‘Create Your Own Walk-Through’ no matter which evaluation tool the school or district is using - Danielson, Marzano, a state-adopted framework, or others. The app allows users to design the Walk-Through to their exact specifications. Beyond the standard Yes, No, or Not Observed checkboxes, this app provides five default checkbox labels (Ineffective, Developing, Effective, Highly Effective and Not Observed) as well as Comment boxes for each item. These five checkbox labels are fully customizable, allowing the principal to edit them to meet the requirements of the evaluation framework being used.
Once an evaluation is completed, the app allows the user to automatically send a copy of the form to the teacher, evaluator, or anyone else desired. The app is also designed to create tallied reports by teacher, department, grade or school across any requested time period.
