Do you want to learn more about what an architect does on a daily basis? If you answered yes to any, or all of these questions then PHX Architecture Summer Camp is for you!
Each year PHX Architecture hosts a Summer Camp for college bound students thinking of going into the field of Architecture. This year the program will run from June 9th – June 20th M-F from 9-3. This two-week long camp is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about a career in architecture. Students will be introduced to the many different aspects of an architectural career and will get to observe and learn from our unique staff of talented professionals.
Camp Attendees will learn about space planning, project management, business strategies, and the history behind the career, as well as the basics of Hand Rendering, 3D Modeling and Drafting and Photoshop/InDesign. The program will also include lunch each day and tours of Taliesin West, ASU, and a construction site. This comprehensive, hands-on learning experience will give you just what you need in order to decide whether this career path is for you!
