Franzen has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has worked for 10 years as a Wi-Fi engineer. He currently serves as a senior network and technical manager at AT&T, and has substantial enterprise experience in network engineering and design, wireless network architecture and deployment, LAN/WAN/WLAN support, as well as troubleshooting complex video, voice and data networks. He has more than eight years of network design and support experience in top 15 Fortune 500 Companies and more than 12 years of IT experience in multi-vendor environments.
Additionally, Franzen has significant professional experience in working with large retail stores, distributing environments and public access networks. Prior to his position in the Wi-Fi industry, Franzen worked in LAN desktop support.
