)-- The Maryland, DC, and Virginia Solar Energy Industries Association (MDV-SEIA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Consolidated Insurance Center (CIC) and Energi Insurance. Not only will MDV-SEIA membership be taken into consideration in the underwriting process, but Energi and CIC will also provide risk management training on a quarterly basis for members so they can further reduce their insurance premiums.
“I’m so pleased to see our discussions reach fruition,” said Dana Sleeper, Executive Director of MDV-SEIA. “We often have conversations with professional service organizations about how they can collaborate with the association, and this insurance partnership was a natural fit.” She noted that the partnership took nearly six months to develop, and included a rigorous screening process by the Board of Directors.
