Connecting the Ties with Senior

Los Angeles, CA, June 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Rosalyn Kahn, author is “known to have an intimate connection with her talks to senior” according to a past participant from at the Senior program held at the Felicia Mahood Center in Santa Monica. A Farsi translator inquired after a one hour talk when the rest of the stories will be told. Pasadena Senior Center is extremely lucky to have scheduled this phenomenal story teller to share her work with seniors this week on Thursday June 12th from 12:30- 1:30pm.

Pasadena Senior Center welcomes Professional Speaker/Author Rosalyn Kahn to address her signature speech on "Seniors my Best Friends" as part of a special program that reaches blind seniors for a special program the Pasadena Senior Center offers that focuses on the participants of the Braille Institute.

Pasadena Senior Center offers recreational, educational and wellness activities for seniors age 50 and older. They also provide client services and outreach for frail, low-income and homebound seniors.

The center is located at 85 East Holly Street in Old Pasadena, is a place where seniors can gather to meet friends for coffee, attend educational lectures or participate in fitness classes, interest clubs and games such as pool, backgammon, chess and checkers. The center also hosts monthly birthday parties and holiday celebrations.

On June 14th, their guest speaker Rosalyn Kahn an author of "Random Acts of Kindness are Changing the World" will be holding a book signing for her latest publication. The event starting at 11am will be held at Perk’s Coffee House at 9028 Balboa Blvd. in Northridge, CA.
