The website is designed to assist the automotive service industry by providing step-by-step training tools to help Service Advisors become genuine service professionals in the franchised automotive service industry.
The first step begins with having all PSAA Members take an “Oath of Service Pledge” to serve customers while providing the most ethical and honest approach to their customers. Helpful assessments and several training courses enhance PSAA’s Six Step Training Process. All courses are provided in PDF downloadable format or MP3 audio to listen to while on the go.
PSAA courses include: The Basic Training Skills Manual (Introduces Service Advisors to the automotive service industry and the basic approaches to creating a Positive Customer Service Experience), The Learn & Earn Workshop Series (Relationship Building Skills that improve customer retention) and The Condition Based Selling Series (the Concept of Conditional Based Selling). These courses help develop an average Service Advisor into a Professional Service Advisor with higher Retail Sales Dollars Per RO and increased customer retention.
Along with these courses, there are several Excel formulated worksheets structured to track and measure daily performances in a variety of categories to improve overall Retail Sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Another great feature that comes with PSAA Membership is the Chat Room Member Forum, which allows Members from all over the country to communicate with one another. Whether it is questions about the industry or customer related situations, the Chat Room platform allows all Members to join in the conversation or contribute to what’s happening in the service industry.
