Bosky Brings International Art to Eyewear with Engraved Wood Sunglasses

Bosky is partnering with 13 artists on 5 different continents to produce a line of wood sunglasses engraved with graphic designs. Bosky has launched its Kickstarter campaign.

Corvallis, OR, July 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Bosky, an eyewear company dedicated to using environmentally friendly materials in their products, is turning wood eyewear into a canvas. Spanning from Montreal to Athens, Bosky is partnering with 13 artists on 5 different continents to produce a line of wood sunglasses engraved with graphic designs. Bosky has launched its Kickstarter campaign dedicated to this project as of July 15th, 2014.

After gaining global attention for their wood sunglasses and bioplastic snow goggles, they continue to be market leaders with their current blending of art and sunglasses. For every pair sold, the artist is directly benefited through a royalty award. For graphic designer Matteo Zilla, he sees this campaign as means of getting his name and artwork exposure through a whole new medium.

In a recent interview, Zilla says, “Collaborating with Bosky has been an exciting experience and has given me the chance to get international publicity for my art. With the help of Kickstarter, I know that together we are changing the eyewear industry in an exciting and innovative way.”
