Raleigh, NC, July 31, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Award-wining brand agency Clean Design is pleased to announce that Natalie Perkins, CEO, has been named Chair of the Holt Brothers Foundation, continuing the agency's long history of community involvement.
The Holt Brothers Foundation, established by veteran NFL players Torry and Terrence Holt, focuses on helping children who have a parent with cancer. The Foundation supports KidsCan!, an educational and peer empathy program at four hospitals, and Camp Kesem, a sleep-away camp for children ages 6-16 who have a parent with cancer.
The Foundation stems from the brothers' own personal experience with the disease – their mother, Ojetta, was diagnosed with lymphoma when they were young and passed away 10 years later.
"We are thrilled to have Natalie as the first Chair of our Foundation's Advisory Board as she shares our same values and desire to make a difference," said Torry Holt, president of the Holt Brothers Foundation. "This is important work and the Foundation mission is close to our hearts."
"I couldn't be more honored to be part of such an amazing organization," said Clean Design CEO Natalie Perkins. "The Holt Brothers Foundation fills a void by providing incredible empathy, inspiration, and hope to children dealing with a parent's illness."
