IEEE ICC 2015 Dedicates Premier International Conference to “Smart City & Smart World” Innovations from June 8 – 12 in London, UK

“Call for Papers” Deadline Ends September 15, 2014 for Original Submissions Detailing The Next Wave of Communications Research, Applications & Services

New York, NY, August 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Themed “Smart City & Smart World,” the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2015) will hold its next premier international event from June 8 – 12 in the global cultural center of London, UK surrounded by world-class shopping, fine restaurants and located just minutes from iconic attractions like Canary Wharf, The Olympic Park, Westfield Stratford City, The O2 Arena, Museum of London and The British Music Experience, Britain's interactive museum of popular music.

Dedicated to the research, advancements and implementations of the next wave of wired and wireline technologies, IEEE ICC 2015 will also host more than 1,500 presentations and panels from leading researchers and industrial experts exploring the entire communications spectrum ranging from mobile cloud computing, green ICT and cooperative intelligent transport communications to 5G cellular, social and Internet of Things (IoT) networking services and applications. IEEE ICC 2015 will commence Monday, June 8 at the ExCeL London International Convention Centre with the first of two full days of tutorials and workshops highlighting topics such as cooperative wireless system design, machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, next generation IoT, network coding practices, small cell and 5G networking and forensic computing. It will then proceed over the next three days with more than 2,000 industry professionals, scientists, academics and government officials attending hundreds of technical sessions highlighting the latest research and business policies surrounding the entire range of communications. In conjunction with the technical sessions, there will be an exhibition of the latest innovations by leading telecommunications companies and a series of hands-on workshops at ExCel.
