Inc. Magazine Ranks ReEmployAbility, Inc. on Exclusive List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies

Tampa, FL, August 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of specialty early return-to-work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, is named as an honoree on Inc. Magazine’s 2014 Inc. 500|5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the U.S. The company debuted on the magazine’s exclusive list, ranking number 4092 based on its three-year revenue growth rate of 72%. ReEmployAbility joins well-known brands such as Godaddy.com, GoPro, OtterBox, and TopGolf on the 2014 list.

“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the nation,” said company co-founder, Frances Ford. “Our overall growth as a company can be attributed to the success of our Transition2Work program. We are so very pleased that the program has gained such momentum. By partnering with many of the nation’s top insurance carriers, largest employers, and an extensive network of nonprofits, the program has quickly grown to be nationwide in scope. It is a pleasure to work with employers who share our philosophy and are willing to seek creative solutions to provide the best return-to-work options for their employees and help make a difference in the community. The results of the program are truly exceptional, and, with the improving economy and employment on the rise, we expect to see demand increase substantially in the coming years.”

The Inc. 500|5000 list, now in its 33rd year, represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent entrepreneurs. The 2014 list is ranked according to company’s revenue growth percentage, comparing fiscal years 2010 to 2013. To qualify, companies must be privately held, have been founded and generating a minimum revenue of $100,000 by 2010, and $2 million in 2013. Debra Livingston, ReEmployAbility co-founder said, “We started our business based on a shared passion for creating positive outcomes for injured workers. I believe our success as a company highlights the value of our programs. We have helped enhance the recovery process of thousands of people who were injured while on-the-job by focusing on their capabilities. By bringing together business and community, we’ve accomplished incredible results – not only in terms of our own growth – for all of our partners and communities across the US. I am thankful that we have been able to make a positive impact on such a large scale, and honored to be recognized as a member of the Inc. 5000 list.”

ReEmployAbility provides vocational services and Transition2Work, a specialty Return-to-Work program that places injured workers at local non-profit organizations to perform light duty work while they heal. With its network of over 20,000 local and national non-profit organization partners throughout the nation, ReEmployAbility is able to quickly and safely return injured workers with modified duty work restrictions to meaningful work. The program helps injured workers get back to work quickly after an on-the-job injury, while providing them time to heal and the ability to make a positive contribution to their community. Fast return to work provides cost savings to employers and insurance carriers, reduces the average time of workers’ compensation claims, and helps injured workers stay connected to the workplace while they recover.
