Hoar Construction Austin Office Grows Staff Tenfold

The Austin office of Hoar Construction has made several key new hires to support large new projects and expected growth in 2015.

Houston, TX, September 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Hoar Construction Austin office opened in 2011 thanks to pre-existing client relationships in central Texas. Three years later, the office reports record growth both in project revenues and employee head count. Opened under the leadership of Jeff Light, Director of Construction, the office started with eight employees in 2011 and is now reporting a total of 40 employees. Revenues have doubled each year; 2014 is expected to show continued growth, with major projects already secured for Abilene Christian University and Walnut Hill Medical Center in Dallas.

Key new hires for the Austin office in 2014 include:
· Matt Allen, Account Executive – 20+ years project leadership experience in Austin construction industry. Matt is currently overseeing North Park in Kingwood, Texas and West Residential in Houston, Texas.
· Jonathan Mouton, Project Manager – 15 years project management experience, recently oversaw construction of a new $235 million medical facility for Duke University. Jonathan is currently working on the Faith Community Hospital replacement facility in Jacksboro, Texas.
· Grant Pallan, Project Manager – 11 years project management experience, industry expertise in laboratory, cleanroom, high-tech, healthcare, high/low-rise office buildings, parking structures, retail, remodel, and LEED projects. Grant is currently managing Abilene Christian University projects, including new science facilities, a new football stadium, and a new soccer/track & field stadium.
· Tala Matchett, Director of Business Development – 7 years in sales/marketing for Austin construction industry. Tala will be responsible for identifying and securing new project opportunities in central and west Texas, with a focus in rural healthcare.
