Veriforce Offers Safety Consulting Services

Veriforce, a leader in providing regulatory compliance and contractor management solutions for oil and gas operators and contractors announces new Safety Consulting Services.

Shenandoah, TX, September 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- "Successful safety programs require comprehensive and effective policies and procedures designed to prevent accidents and incidents," said Louie Werderich, president of Veriforce. “We work closely with our clients to design, develop, implement, and manage creative solutions to problems operators face daily.”

Veriforce can help develop your high-quality safety program, tailored to the unique needs of your company and designed to meet federal requirements. Veriforce Safety Consulting Services include Gap Analysis, Action Plan, Field Walkthroughs, and Implementation support.

Gap Analysis
Veriforce will work with your safety personnel to review the range of activities and exposures your company faces. The objective of the Gap Analysis is to identify areas in your safety policies and procedures that do not meet OSHA requirements. Veriforce Gap Analysis covers:

Action Plan
An Action Plan will provide a road map to closing the gaps specific to your safety program.

Field Walkthrough
Written safety programs are necessary for accident-free companies, but the success of your safety program hinges on actual practice. If your employees do not follow your program, it creates a high risk of exposure not just for the individual employee but everyone on the worksite.

During a Veriforce Field Walkthrough, Safety Professionals will be looking for Safety Implementation, Employee Involvement, Hazards and Controls, and Supervisor Involvement.

Consulting Packages
Veriforce knows that the needs of each company differ, and offers two consulting packages to help you get the service your company deserves.

Basic Consulting Package
Package 1 includes the Gap Analysis and Action Plan services.
When all processes have been completed, Veriforce will have identified the gaps in your safety program and your company will have a clear action plan in place to close those gaps. The final step will be for your company to develop and/or implement the items identified in your action plan. At your request, Veriforce can give you an estimated time and cost to further help with the development and/or implementation process.

Premium Consulting Package
Package 2 includes the Gap Analysis, Action Plan, and Field Walkthrough Services.
When all processes have been completed, Veriforce will have identified the gaps in your safety program and your company will have a clear action plan in place to close those gaps.

Action Plan Implementation
Once the Action Plan has been created, Veriforce can work with your team to implement the program, establishing processes for:

· Creating/updating general policies and procedures
· Creating/updating training programs
· Creating/updating incident/accident programs
· Creating/updating checklists and forms to support safety program documentation

Based off your action plan Veriforce will give you an estimated time and cost to further help with the development and/or implementation process.
