Jonathan Brooks Ends Prolific Week Winning Photo of the Year at Inaugural Miami Photo Salon During Miami Art Week 2014

South Florida-based Photographer/Visual Artist Jonathan Brooks Wins Acclaims on Heels of Releasing The True Cuba Book.

Miami, FL, December 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Award winning Miami Photographer/Visual Artist Jonathan Brooks wins Best In Show 2014 Photo Of The Year at the Inaugural Miami Photo Salon Festival during prestigious Miami Art Week.

Brooks started last week off winning Talenthouse's Creative Invite "Photograph your perfect moment of love" winning 1,000 euros and ended the week winning $2,500 for "Best In Show - 2014 Photo Of The Year" at at the inaugural Miami Photo Salon Festival during Art Week Miami.

Brooks' image Love Floats will be featured on the exciting German TV primetime show 'Nur die Liebe zählt' (Only Love Counts), hosted by German SAT.1 Television and its host Wayne Carpendale in Cologne/Germany on December 12 2014 and his image Over The Rainbow was a crowd pleaser at Miami Photo Salon. Other winners at Miami Photo Salon include Gonzalo Rosendo for Best Contemporary Photo and Jill Schwartz for Best Creative Image.

Brooks' self-published Kickstarter funded book The True Cuba was recently released locally in Miami and has been garnering much attention. He recently appeared the day before Thanksgiving on Ninoska Perez-Castellon's popular talk radio show on Miami's Radio Mambi touting the book and art festival.
