Miroslav Zolotarev participated in the session of the Logistics committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and conducted several successful negotiations with industry leaders

Moscow, Russia, January 24, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The event was devoted to efficiency of the services rendered in the logistics industry as well as main problems faced while managing core competencies on the market.

According to the forecast of the keynote speaker Pavel Sokolov, General director of “Russian Railways Logistics” the volume of transport and logistics market will be reduced by 20 percent in US dollar terms next year. The industry will face such difficulties as an increase of costs, growth of transportation rates, limitation of capacity as well as external and internal control of over cargo flows.

Miroslav Zolotarev, the Head of Associated Cargo Experts Alliance (ACEX) member of the Logistics committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part in a discussion and raised a topic of logistics company competence and measures required for outsourcing development of transport and logistics services in Russia. He introduced an example of alliance uniting companies which execute airfreight transportations. The main advantage of such an alliance is that its members are represented in all key airports of Russia, the CIS and worldwide what enables the forwarders to provide the freight owners with complex services under outsourcing conditions.

Oleg Dunaev, the Chairman of the Logistics Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, showed an interest in cooperation of ACEX Alliance with the keynote speaker of “Russian Railway Logistics” - Russian railway industry monopolist.

“Alliance members are always ready for cooperation. Nowadays it is necessary to exchange best practices and integrate business processes between market participants,” confirmed Miroslav Zolotarev, the Head of the Alliance. “These goals can be achieved by using both potential and competences of the Russian Railway Logistics as well as ACEX Alliance members resources. For example, regarding airfreight transportations we can render services for clients of the Russian Railway Logistics under outsourcing terms. We are ready as well to use experience and competence of the Russian Railway Logistics in terms of railway transportations for our clients which have entrusted logistics to ACEX Alliance members under outsourcing terms.”

The meeting participants discussed as well the topic of key competence development of transport companies while using logistics outsourcing: strategic management of goods and information flows, formation of infrastructure logistics network, total quality control, stepping up requirements to the staff qualification, spreading of best practices and technologies in Eurasian economic area.

At the end of the session Miroslav Zolotarev had several business meetings with the members of the Logistics Committee.

Gennady Zubakov, the President of "Aerograd" Association and Miroslav Zolotarev discussed possibility of new IT technologies application and business processes integration of logistics and airfreight companies as well as airports, freight agents, forwarders and terminals.

Possible cooperation with "Refperevozki" agency and transport and forwarding alliance “East-West” were discussed with Dmitry Ushakov, the Head of “East-West” Alliance. “East-West” Alliance is specialized in intermodal transportations of refrigerated containers by sea and railway transport in Russia and worldwide.

Alexander Lisin, the Head of the Russian Intermodal Logistics Association which combines 135 companies and Miroslav Zolotarev discussed main directions of cooperation and interaction between association and alliance. They agreed to assist and promote services between its members as well as establish cooperation in the terms of servicing the clients. At the end of the meeting ACEX Alliance and the Russian Intermodal Logistics Association signed an agreement of mutual cooperation.

In the nearest time ACEX Alliance, the Russian Intermodal Logistics Association and Aerograd are planning to conduct additional meetings and negotiations.

The next session of the Logistics Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry will take place in February, 2015. The topic of passenger transportation will be discussed at this meeting. On March 25, 2015 the Logistics Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize the 3rd Eurasian Logistics Conference.
