Dennis Calaff Promoted to Vice President of Operations of ETD Discount Tire
Englewood, NJ, April 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- ETD Discount Tire Centers, Inc. (“ETD Discount Tire”), a family owned group of 7 tire and automotive centers, announced today the promotion of Dennis Calaff to vice president of operations from his previous position as general manager of the ETD Discount Tire Lyndhurst store.

Calaff joined ETD in June 1996 as management trainee. Within 4 months after starting, Calaff was promoted to assistant manager at the ETD Discount Tire Lyndhurst store. The following year, in November 1997, Calaff was promoted to store manager. In January 2002, Calaff received another promotion, to general manager of the ETD Discount Tire Lyndhurst store, a position he has held since 2002.
In his new role, Calaff will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at each of ETD Discount Tire’s 7 locations, focusing on consistency between each store and assisting the store managers in ensuring ETD Discount Tire continues to give each and every customer the best service possible.
Calaff graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a specialization in automotive and diesel engines. Upon graduation, Calaff worked at Three County Volkswagen for 8 years. At Three County Volkswagen he started as a mechanic and was promoted to service manager. Calaff also worked at Cambria Mack Trucks as an assistant service manager before joining ETD Discount Tire. He lives in Waldwick, New Jersey with his wife and two children. Calaff is a Certified ASE C1 Service Consultant.
