Amanda Borths Will Speak on What Makes the Generations Tick at the 7th EHBC

Orlando, FL, August 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Ensuring that attendees receive the information they need to help their clients and their career is central to the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress. As part of this dedication, the EHBC announces Amanda Borths, Wellness Program at Meijer, as a speaker for the upcoming conference September 27 -30 in Orlando, FL.

Amanda began working for Meijer in 2012, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of the wellness program for over 65,000 members. She oversees strategic planning for company-wide wellness campaigns, team member engagement, creating and integrating a culture of safety and wellness and lowering healthcare costs. Prior to joining Meijer, she worked as a Corporate Health Consultant for WellnessWorks, and was contracted at two community hospitals in southwest Michigan.

Amanda will present at a panel titled “Engaging the Generations – What Makes us Tick? A look at Millennials and more!” This session will discuss how the generations in the workforce are different, and what those differences truly are. Knowing these preferences are will assist in improving engagement and provide the services these employees need.
