Thompson Hosts BMW Drive for Team USA

Support Team USA while getting behind the wheel of BMW’s newest models.

Doylestown, PA, August 14, 2015 --(PR.com)-- On Tuesday, August 18th Thompson BMW will present the BMW Drive for Team USA. Approaching one year from the Rio 2016 Games, BMW, a brand that knows about high-level competition, is participating in a unique drive event to sponsor Team USA. BMW invited the community to test drive a BMW vehicle of their choice. BMW will donate $10 to Team USA for every scheduled test drive on August 18th. By getting behind the wheel, you can help American athletes train and compete in the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Guests that come between 12 pm and 3 pm will have the opportunity to meet Katie O’Donnell, a field hockey player for Team USA. Katie was born in Norristown, PA and attended Wissahickon High School. In 2005 she became the youngest member of the USA Field Hockey Team and was named the 2010 Sportswoman of the Year. You can have a chance to chat with this fellow Pennsylvanian as well as take pictures and sign autographs.

Participants of the BMW Drive for Team USA have the opportunity to experience a full line of BMW vehicles as well as vehicles from competing brands. Exclusive incentives to buy or lease a new BMW will be offered to all test drivers as well.

Come out to Thompson BMW on August 18th from 11am to 6pm, 680 N. Main St. in Doylestown, PA and support the Olympic and Paralympic teams. Refreshments will be available. Registration is required.
