Become Less Busy & More Effective

The Accomplishment Journal for Moms Provides a Daily Journal that Helps the Multi-Minded Live Smart

Henderson, NV, January 04, 2008 --(PR.com)-- “Stop the busy-ness and start the effective-ness” is the new mantra for professional working moms that are over-worked, over-worried, over-burdened, and just plain tired. The Accomplishment Journal for Moms (American Working Mom Media, December 2007) is a system that will help moms achieve their goals, reduce stress and track successes. Written and created by Gina Robison-Billups, the “mother” of Moms In Business Network and The International Association of Working Mothers, and Brenda Prinzavalli, CEO of Balanced Organizing Solutions and television’s organization expert, The Accomplishment Journal for Moms provides women with a day-by-day plan that helps them achieve more in a day and be truly satisfied with what they accomplish each and every day.

The goal here is to help women have more balance and satisfaction by providing them with a system that helps them get more out of their day and business giving them more time to spend with their family and on themselves. The Accomplishment Journal for Moms isn’t just another day-planner. It provides actionable planning tools to help women in goal planning and implementation – all while keeping a focus on a balanced life. “This system addresses what the Department of Labor calls the greatest challenges of achieving goals; procrastinating, lack of discipline and no game plan,” Prinzavalli states.

“Through my work as the president of the two leading associations representing working mothers,” Robison-Billups says, “I know that many moms are constantly being torn between family, work, community-giving, relationship, friends and more. Working moms are riddled with guilt. I wanted to create a system to help moms get what we want out of life and stop feeling frustrated.” The Accomplishment Journal for Moms is designed to relieve some of that stress and guilt and get mom onto a path of feeling appreciated and being successful.

The The Accomplishment Journal for Moms ($19.95) can be ordered online immediately at www.accomplishmentjournal.com and will be available at bookstore and online booksellers after the first of the year.
