Building Slated to Begin on Historical Melton Ridge Subdivision at Stonebridge Ranch

McKinney, TX, August 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- In 2014, an affiliate of Shaddock Development Company purchased a 29-acre tract in west McKinney, just north of SH 121 on the east side of Custer Road. The property had been owned by the Killis and Frances Melton Family since the Civil War. Shaddock named the subdivision Melton Ridge to preserve their long and rich history in McKinney, Texas.

Shaddock entitled the tract into 124 residential lots in Stonebridge Ranch and is on schedule to deliver them in the 3rd quarter of 2016. The builders selected to build homes in the community are Saxony Homes by Shaddock and American Legend Homes. Home prices will range from $375,000 to $525,000.
