Amanbo Attended Kenya International Investment Conference

Bungoma, Kenya, November 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Last week the Kenya International Investment Conference was held at Bungoma county, Kenya for three days, this event showcases international investment opportunities. It was the second time that Amanbo was invited to participate in the investment conference as a special guest, Amanbo overseas development director Mr. Richard Fu and Amanbo Kenya operation manager Mr. Nicke Yin made an exciting speech as representatives.

Bungoma County is located in western Kenya, 325 km northwest of the capital Nairobi, adjacent to Uganda, an area of 2,206.9 square kilometers, a population of about 1.5 million. As a leader of the East African economy, Kenya has attracted investors from all over the world in recent years.

Speaking in Bungoma town yesterday, Governor Ken Lusaka said the business summit would provide a crucial platform for both local and international businesses to network. Mr. Lusaka said over 10 governors would attend the investment conference, which will be opened by Deputy President William Ruto."It will bring a wealth of distinguished opinion leaders and influential investors to Bungoma like Amanbo, Kenya's premier agricultural centre," he said. The governor said the international meeting would underscore the increasing economic dynamism of devolved units, and Bungoma County in particular. "There is a new geography of trade and investment. Counties in Kenya are driving this new trend," he said.

As an important strategic partner of Amanbo, Chairman of KNCCI Mr. Kiprono Kittony, strongly recommended Amanbo to the guests in his speech. He said, “Amanbo is a better platform for Kenyans to connect Chinese suppliers directly, it’s Sino-Africa three-dimensional e-commerce ecological system is gradually taking shape.”

At the end of the conference, Amanbo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Kenneth M. Lusaka, Chief Executive of Bungoma County, boarded the mainstream media in Kenya - THE STANDARD, Mr. Richard Fu invited them to visit Amanbo headquarters in Shenzhen China by the end of the year.

“With the support of Bungoma county, Amanbo will grow faster and more stable, and we are confident that Amanbo would be the first choice for Kenyans import Chinese products," Mr. Richard Fu said.
