Spotlight on Regional Achievements as West African Power Industry Awards Finalists Are Announced

Lagos, Nigeria, November 19, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Genesis Energy, Aggreko, GRIDCo, Eko Disco and several innovative renewable projects are just some of the who’s who in the region’s energy industry who have made the coveted list of finalists for the upcoming West African Power Industry Awards.

The third edition of the hugely successful West African Power Industry Awards will take place at this year’s West African Power Industry Convention (WAPIC) during a gala dinner evening when industry pioneers and projects will be recognised and celebrated in eight different categories.

WAPIC, a flagship, regional conference and exhibition, is taking place in Lagos from 23-24 November with an exciting interactive programme that reflects the dynamic energy landscape of the region and will once again attract some 2000 power professionals, high-level experts and industry stalwarts during the 13th edition of the event.
