Fort Lauderdale, FL, December 29, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Art Fort Lauderdale has announced its new partners and artMASTERS show for the 1st annual Art Fair on the Water at waterfront properties on the intracoastal waterways in Fort Lauderdale. Art Fort Lauderdale, which will kick off with a VIP Preview and Opening Night Reception on Wednesday, January 11 and be open to the public January 12 - 15, will be the premier destination for art aficionados and collectors to procure works by a myriad of artists.

Incorporating a different approach to view and interact with art. Art Fort Lauderdale will be an outlet that will give artists the opportunity to showcase their work whether they are independent or being represented by a gallery. The four day event will transport attendees via water taxi and yachts to exclusive exhibits and performances at a number of waterfront properties and restaurants along the intracoastal.

The Fair has added prominent artist’s Laurence Gartel and Barry Gross to their artMASTERS venue at the Oceanland Investments sales center which will also be home to a series of artists talks with the artMASTERS themselves as well as discussions with Doug McCraw, Founder of FAT Village and Leah Brown, Vice President of the FAT Village Artists Association.

Parking and Boarding location for Water Taxi - the Official Transportation partner is at the Bahia Mar - home of the world renowned Fort Lauderdale Boat Show and will be charged at a flat rate of $5 per day. Attendance to Art Fort Lauderdale is strictly by water taxi or private yacht charter. If you’d like to bring your vessel to the event you can dock at the Bahia Mar and take the provided water taxi service from there.

Boat Dockage:
All vessels will be required to make a reservation to guarantee a slip if you are a “float-in. Rates are: $3.50 per foot for a 40-59 foot vessel with a 40ft min and $3.75 per foot for a 60-69 foot vessel. Larger vessel prices available via phone. Call 954-627-6309 to make a reservation.
