Born on July 18, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Rogala obtained a B.S. from Roosevelt University in 1976 and a M.B.A. in Management from the University of New Mexico in 1982. Previously, she served in numerous high-level positions including Senior Vice-President at Central Support Services for FedEx, CEO of Flagship Express, Inc., CEO and President of EQ, The Environmental Quality Company, Executive Vice-President of Office Depot, President of Aramark Uniform, CEO and Director of La Petite Academy, and President of S Factor. In her spare time she enjoys golf and tennis.
