Witlingo and The Motley Fool Partner to Launch a Cortana Skill
McLean, VA, May 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Witlingo, a McLean, VA, based startup focused on building products and solutions for delivering highly usable voice-first experiences today announced that it plans to launch The Motley Fool Microsoft Cortana skill. Customers who own a Microsoft device (Laptop, Surface) or the Cortana Mobile App and soon a Harman Kardon Invoke speaker, will be able to ask Cortana for quotes about major indexes and individual stocks, as well as create and manage stock watch lists by speaking to their devices.

Said Tim Hanson, Director of Product at The Motley Fool, "Our goal is to be there for investors, no matter what platform or technology they use, by providing the same jargon-free, no-nonsense approach to managing your money that they’ve come to expect from The Motley Fool for the last 25 years."

The Motley Fool is one of the very few large brands with the same voice skill delivered on all of the three Voice First platforms: Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and now Microsoft Cortana.

"With Witlingo, upgrades of the voice experience happen in lockstep across all three platforms,” said Hanson. “And their analytics dashboard lets us to see activity in one place, allowing us to iterate on our skills using insights about investor needs."

“With Witlingo’s Analytics, Diagnostics, and Discovery SaaS Portal, we will be able to continually learn about how customers are using the Motley Fool skill,” Ahmed Bouzid, Co-Founder and CEO of Witlingo said. “This then empowers us to work with our product partners on the Fool side to iteratively introduce the right new features as well as improve the usability of the skills simultaneously on all three platforms.”

The Motley Fool Cortana skill is planned for release the week of May 15th and will be available for free to use by anyone who has a Microsoft device.
