The asking price is $13.9 million. The 22,000 square foot 24-Hour Walgreens is located on Clearwater Beach, voted the #1 Beach in America and just a block from the World-Famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium home to Dolphins Hope and Winter of Disney’s film Dolphin Tale and its sequels.
The property is located adjacent to the roundabout for all incoming beach traffic in the premiere beach and resort community. On July 12, 2017 less than a week after abandoning the Rite Aid bid, and announcing Walgreens will instead buy nearly half of Rite Aid Stores, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. announced a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, an increase of 6.7 percent, and raised the annual rate from $1.50 per share to $1.60 per share. This marks the 42nd consecutive year that Walgreens Boots Alliance and its predecessor company, Walgreen Co., have raised the dividend.
