The honor was presented at Kitchen Tune-Up’s annual convention, January 31st in Jacksonville, FL. The Rookie Award goes to the top performing new franchise in the system as judged according to performance in several categories, including sales, customer service, and range of service offerings. To qualify, a franchise must be in the system for no more than eighteen months at end of the sales year and have completed all necessary training components.
