Patricia Corle has 24 years experience in the real estate field. She is the Vice President, Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Home Experts Realty, which is an independent real estate agency in Ohio, family owned and operated. With their rapid growth since April 2011, their agents now number over 260 with several in the pipeline in 28 offices serving the Western Ohio markets. They have an aggressive Training Program headed by her Daughter, Tiffany Lobertini and a company referral program headed by her Step Daughter, Erika VanHyfte.

Pat specializes in residential and commercial property sales and is responsible for the overall company operations and planning the company’s future growth. She has been key in the development of training new and lateral agents since 1999, while mentoring and coaching agents for the past 22 years.

Born December 5, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio, Pat attended Clark State College. She holds the GRI, CRS, E-pro, At Home With Diversity, MRP and SRES Designations. She is Floyd Wickman trained with the Master Salesman Designation. She also trained with David Knox and recently completed John Tenza Flying Tigers training. Pat has been a member of both the Dayton Area Board and Ohio Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club for multiple years. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and Business Partner, Clyde E. Corle, broker of Home Experts Realty. Pat enjoys her active grandchildren and family activities.
