MySafeHorse Introduces Artificial Intelligence to Surveillance Video: The Future of Nanny Cams

MySafeHorse.Net is a 24/7 monitoring and alert system that uses Artificial Intelligence to learn about your horse and distinguish between normal activity and dangerous or distressed behavior. A typical system uses one camera in the stall and one in the paddock to ensure that your horse is being monitored around the clock.

Sacramento, CA, December 24, 2017 --(PR.com)-- How it all began

Myk and Roberta Powell have boarded their Arabian and Thoroughbred horses in various California facilities since 1986. Two years ago, Myk and Roberta watched as their local news helicopter hovered over their mare’s paddock while following a wildfire closing in at an alarming rate. They decided right then they would develop a reliable, portable, and effective monitoring system. This system allows horse owners everywhere to avoid the emotional turmoil of not knowing what was happening with their horses.

The Powell’s used the Hacker Lab services and interns from Sierra College to build a prototype that included the latest generation and analytics camera housed in a waterproof, weatherproof, and shockproof case. MySafeHorse.net offers a portable and patent-pending solution that can be easily viewed on any mobile device.

Equine Charity Donation

MySafeHorse.net is also donating a portion of all proceeds to any equine charity of your choice. “Giving back to our community is an important aspect of our mission. Our mission is to be a vigilant and intelligent partner providing monitoring services and peace of mind to horse owners everywhere. Donating is just one way we accomplish our mission,” says Myk Powell, Founder of MySafeHorse.net.
