Merchandise Warehouse Opens Second Cold Storage Facility

Merchandise Warehouse Co. Inc. today announced the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for its new cold storage facility. The new location at 725 Pioneer Trace in Pendleton, Ind. features 160,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage and two convertible rooms with the capacity to reach minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit to store frozen items such as ice cream.

The new location at 725 Pioneer Trace in Pendleton, Ind. features 160,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage and two convertible rooms with the capacity to reach minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit to store frozen items such as ice cream.

The temperature-controlled environment in the new site will be capable of storing raw materials and finished products for frozen and refrigerated food items and pharmaceutical manufacturing. With room for expansion, the location will be an asset to Merchandise Warehouse as client needs continue to grow and diversify.

At the grand opening event, visitors can take a facility tour, network with industry VIPs and speakers, meet new members of the Merchandise Warehouse team, and more. Congresswoman Susan W. Brooks will be a guest speaker at 2:00 p.m.
