New Youth Football League Created by Former NFL Players Provides Fresh Option for Southern California Football Parents

Flex Football is a 9v9, controlled-contact, non-tackle game that is inspired from its founders' NFL experience during high-tempo, low-impact practices.

Santa Clarita, CA, December 25, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Former NFL Pros at National Flex Football are bringing their proprietary, limited-contact 9v9 game to the west coast youth football market. NFX will be launching its first Southern California Flex Football league starting Spring 2019.

NFX SOCAL will operate in 5+ cities throughout Southern California, and offer leagues for youth football players ages 6 - 14 years. To date, the confirmed new league sites will be operating in the following cities/areas:

Aliso Viejo
Moorpark
Santa Clarita
Thousand Oaks
Ventura

The inaugural NFX SOCAL Spring 2019 season will open on March 24th and run for 6 weeks, culminating in a final NFX Championship Flex Tournament on Saturday May 11, 2019 at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita CA.

Steven Jackson, former LA Rams All-Pro Running Back and Flex Football Ambassador, advocates for the Flex style of play, "Flex Football is the future, and the style of play is genius. It's the same way we practiced in the NFL, with limited-contact. I honestly believe this style made me a better player. I wish I could have had this option as a kid."
