MarketCurrents Wealth Management Hosts Year End Summit for Family Offices
New York, NY, December 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- At a gathering at The Omni Hotel in New York City, MarketCurrents Wealth Management, a subsidiary of MarketCurrents LLC, a leading event and publishing company for the private wealth industry hosted an invite-only event for family offices on the 6th of December. The theme of the event centered on a review of major trends in 2018 and foresights into 2019.
The event covered major themes within the sector including regulatory, operational and investment ideas. The opening session featured a fireside discussion, titled, “Perspectives from within a Family Office” with Sherry Witter, Managing Partner and CIO of the Witter Family Office, who was interviewed by Sumehr Sondhi, of MarketCurrents.
The second panel focused on Operational Considerations and was led by Michael Felman, Managing Director of MSF Holdings. Felman and other family offices discussed the latest infrastructural and technological trends. This included cybersecurity and hiring trends.
