San Diego, CA, May 06, 2019 --(PR.com)-- TechFlow, a forward-thinking logistics and digital services solutions company, today announced that Mark Carter has been promoted to President.

As TechFlow’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Carter has been integral in driving the expansion, profitability, and efficient operation of the company over the past two and a half years. During his tenure, he has managed and led the company into new government business including the recently announced award from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to implement and operate a comprehensive performance-based logistics (PBL) program to sustain Government-certified Explosives Detection Systems with a total contract value, with options, of approximately $967 million.

Mr. Baum was previously President and CEO and will remain CEO. Mr. Carter has over 20 years’ experience in government consulting with a successful track record of integrating and growing business. Prior to joining TechFlow, he held senior-level executive positions at Leidos and SAIC.
