PR.com)-- The purpose of the Jigsaw competition is to reward the hotels within the group whose employees & management are efficiently implementing “Winning Ways” practices namely: Do The Right Thing, Show We Care, Aim Higher, Celebrate the Difference and Work Better Together.
To celebrate this triumph, the entire resort’s team was gathered at the foot of Jabal el Dib slope, hand-in-hand with arms raised singing the “Winning Ways” song and all wearing ski outfit & gears.
After passing the 5 jigsaw pieces through the ski lifts to the top of Jabal el Dib slope, a balloon releasing ceremony started with Robert Zogbi, InterContinental Mzaar General Manager, cutting the jigsaw five-story high cake carefully prepared by the resort pastry team.
The celebration was followed by an adventurous skiing and snowmobiling journey across the domain’s wonderful slopes where everyone was guaranteed an unforgettable journey of fun & excitement.
This authentic InterContinental Mzaar winter experience ended with Robert Zogbi, congratulating and thanking the team for their devotions and efforts in winning the 5 Jigsaw pieces.
